Annual Membership allows entry during normal opening times on Wednesdays through Sundays and Bank Holidays (apart from when we are closed during the Christmas break)

All our daytime, non-ticketed special events, are covered by the annual membership.

Life Memberships.

Taking out a Life Membership is a wonderful way to contribute to the Museum’s legacy for the next generation. This upfront investment enables you to visit the museum as many times as you like forever, representing a significant saving over time. Life members are also offered discounts in our café and shop. Lifetime memberships also make very special gifts.

Main life membership cost: £500.00
Additional life member, residing at the same address: £350.00

How to join

You can pay for membership of the Museum using four different methods, By CARD, Direct Debit, PayPal and Cheque. The easiest and most convenient ways are via CARD, Direct Debit or PayPal.

To pay by CARD please click on the following link where you will be asked to complete a membership form and make a CARD payment.

To pay by Direct Debit or PayPal, please download a Membership Application Form (below) and email it to accounts@amberleymuseum.co.uk. Indicating your preferred payment method on the form. If you select payment by DIRECT DEBIT you will receive a request for our Direct Debit provider requesting your bank details shortly after submission of the application form, there is no need to write your bank details on the form.

If you select payment by PayPal please email the completed application form to accounts@amberleymuseum.co.uk and send the Membership Fee via PayPal to membership@amberleymuseum.co.uk

Finally, if you wish to pay by CHEQUE please download a Membership Application Form (below) and return it with your cheque to Memberships, Amberley Museum, New Barn Road, Amberley, West Sussex, BN18 9LT

Same day upgrade

If you’re not sure if you wish to take out an annual membership, you can decide on the day of your visit. Please ask in the Shop or Office, where we can upgrade your standard admission entry to the Museum to an annual membership, so you only pay the difference (excludes group visitors, Gift Aid admission and this does not include pre-booked ticketed events outside the normal opening times, as specified in the Museum membership terms and conditions).
